Since 1968, Adam’s Rib has proudly served Snyder, NY, and the surrounding region. We’re a local mainstay in the community, serving exceptional steak, seafood, and classic American and Buffalo fare. Looking to indulge in an entree, small plate, sandwich or a pile of saucy chicken wings? We’re always cooking up something special on the menu!
Our Story
In 2012, owners Patti and John Macaluso purchased the restaurant from the original owners. Patti, who worked as a waitress at Adam’s Rib for 18 years, has continued on the restaurant’s legacy as a family-oriented, BBB-accredited establishment.
In addition to overseeing operations at Adam’s Rib, Patti is also the executive chef alongside Sara Jeannont. They work together to bring the best prime rib and seafood dishes to Western New York. The rest of our staff have worked with Patti during her other restaurant endeavors, and we’re passionate about delivering great and friendly customer service.

Where Are We Located?
We’re located on 4517 Main St in Snyder, NY, right off the corner of Harlem Rd. Our restaurant is just blocks away from Daemen College and a short 10-minute drive from University at Buffalo South Campus. Whether you’re traveling from the Northtowns or Southtowns, it’s easy to catch us off exit 7 on the I-290.
Does Adam’s Rib Host Special Events?
At Adam’s Rib, we strive to provide an upscale dining experience in a cozy and casual atmosphere. We can accommodate large parties for dinner, but we do not host special events. Our dining room can seat up to 52 guests. We also have an outdoor patio, known as Eve’s Garden.
