Since purchasing the venerable Adam's Rib Restaurant & Bar on Main Street several years ago, the Macalusos have made many improvements. The decor and the service have been upgraded. But the biggest improvement has been the menu. Always known for a decent cut of prime rib, Adam's rib has added additional hearty fare and really taken the quality & presentation to the next level with the addition of executive chef Christopher Andres.
We were treated to many favorites pictured here including the Chicken Pot Pie, Petite Surf & Turf, Scallops, Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, Steak & Fries, BBQ Ribs...just to name a few of the dishes we sampled. You'll find all of this and more at very reasonable prices. Adam's Rib also does happy hour and is the perfect place to get together after work for a bite to eat and drinks with friends & co-workers.
